Farontea's Skyward Sword Texture Pack ~ Version 2.0

Hey guys!
At last... IT IS TIME! The next update for the texture pack is here, and the game is looking better than ever. This version includes a tonne of updated Skyloft textures, plus other general fixes and improvements I needed to do.

RAW VERSION (Ultra High Res, performance intensive, 776MB)

HOW TO INSTALL:
-Unzip the farontea_skywardsword_1.0.zip file
-Paste its contents into your Documents/Dolphin Emulator/Load/Textures/SOUP01 file directory (Note:SOUP01 file is the PAL directory title. This file title will vary depending on the region of you Skyward Sword ISO file- SUSHi or SOUE01).
-Check the "Load Custom Textures" checkbox in your Dolphin Emulator graphics settings.



Keep in mind that the pack is still a work in progress and will be updated continuously over the coming months, so please check back to this blog every so often for future versions and patches.

    Awesome work bro! I'll keep my eyes on this. I don't have a pc powerfull enough to run this yet but when i have a graphic card i'll test it. Keep working with this Texture Pack, you're doing great!

    Dude, i have "SOUE01" ISO version and doesn't work for me. I've already rename the folder "SOUP01" to "SOUE01", and still not working. Can you help me? PS: i have "EmuCR-Dolphin-MotionPlus-3.0-410-x64". Thanks. :)

      Hi there, firstly wanted to say sorry for the late reply. I'm going to look into this tonight and try and sort out a solution. You're absolutely sure that your ISO is SOUE01 and that you have checked 'load custom textures' ? Sometimes when you first launch the game you have to check the tick box off and on again for the textures to load. Also in the meantime try running to a new location- you may just have loaded the game in an area where I haven't textured yet :)

    This is really amazing. Are you still working on it? If so, you should make a thread on the Dolphin HD Texture Project forum. I'm sure that will draw a lot more attention to it. Keep up the good work!

      Thanks! I am still working on it as often as I can!
      It has been difficult to get the time to create a forum thread, but I do intend to at some stage. First I want to add some more updates on this blog, as well as uploading more footage to YouTube. Right now I have just hit a break in my assignments at Art School so this should all happen in the next 1-2 weeks. :)

    Hey man, you're doing a great job with this texture pack. I wanted to ask you. ¿Can you upload the dolphin emulator that you're using to test the textures? it should be more easy to us to play your awesome texture pack cause most of us cant play it in our emulators. but keep up the good work man, you're doing great!

    Hello, i have just recently started to play this game. and yes i have came across your texture pack! So i wanted to download it but it says last time you have been on these textures was in 2015. Are you planning to keep going, or you still going? I am extremely interested in this pack but would like the full version to be released meaning all areas re-textured. i could try to donate now and then. what would keep you re texturing these packs because im already at fixing scrapper i dont know how far till the game is over. i would wait for the textures to be finished if you are willing to continue or if u are already still going.
